1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your RoomPe subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Policy

RoomPe offers the following refund terms:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within 30 days of your initial subscription, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. Refund requests after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Free Plan: The free plan can be cancelled at any time without any charges.

3. Refund Processing

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Transaction fees
  • Third-party payment processing fees
  • Services already used or consumed
  • Custom enterprise solutions (subject to contract terms)

5. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your RoomPe account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Click on "Subscription" or "Billing"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

6. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
  • Your account will be downgraded to the free plan after the billing period ends
  • All your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

8. Changes to This Policy
