We are currently offering Livyo as a 100% Free Service for our early adopters. There are no subscription fees, transaction charges, or hidden costs for using the Livyo platform.
2. Cancellation Policy
Since our service is currently free, you can stop using Livyo at any time without any cancellation fees or penalties. Simply stop using the application. If you wish to deactivate or delete your account, please contact our support team.
3. Refund Policy
As no payments are being collected for the Livyo platform usage, the concept of a monetary refund does not apply. Enjoy the full suite of our premium features on the house!
3. Future Policy Changes
Should we introduce paid plans in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect standard cancellation terms. However, all early customers will be notified well in advance of any changes.
